NVUSD families, new clarification has been made available regarding the Morgan Hill parents’ association suit against the California Department of Education (CDE).
The CDE has now confirm that it is NOT possible to opt out of having your data or your student(s)’ data released.
Parents or students who wish to object to this court action must file a formal objection no later than April 1, 2016. Follow the attached link for more information and instructions on filing an objection.
